There are 5 private student rooms on the first floor and 2 downstairs at the back of the house. Upstairs you share a bathroom with shower and bath. Downstairs there is another bathroom with shower. Furthermore there is a kitchen area and a shared living room with a beautiful view of Table Mountain. There is a large garden at the back of the house, where you can enjoy a braai on those nice summer evenings.

Location:

You can't live in Cape Town more central than this! Tamboerskloof is one of the older districts of the city. Here you will find beautiful decorated Victorian and Dutch style houses. Tamboerskloof is a very popular neighbourhood to live in amongst South Africans. Traditionally wealthy South Africans live here who like to live spacious but close to the cosmopolitan city centre of Cape Town. Partly due to the presence of a great art-and film Academy Tambourskloof is also very popular with trendy young students. Many cosy bars, restaurant and boutique shops focus therefore on these trendy, young customers. In short Tamboerskloof is also for foreign students the most vibe place to live and stay in Cape Town.

 

Within walking distance of the House you will find Longstreet and Kloofstreet , both the places with a vibe night live. There is also a large supermarket, several restaurants and shops around the corner.
