If you do not agree with any part of the Terms and Conditions below, please don't make use of our services.

• For accommodation, travel products and car hire we act only as a booking agent. Our obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service supplier(s). For all bookings your contract party will be with the supplier(s) concerned and not 4exchange Internships or Internship South Africa. The supplier(s) booking conditions will apply to your contract and details can be obtained on request. We accept no liability in relation to any contract or payment agreement you enter into with one of the service suppliers for car rental, accommodation arrangements, tours or any other service that you book.
  
  
• 4exchange (Internship-South-Africa) does not accept responsibility for any change in prices or variation of services as shown, and all services and prices are subject to change without notice.
  
  
• It is essential that you check with us for any changes or variations to the information shown on our web sites. This will allow us to advise you, or your agent, of any such changes that we are aware of either before you book, or prior to your departure.
  
  
• I declare that 4exchange (Internship-South-Africa) and her employees cannot be held responsible for injuries, death, damages or losses whatsoever, which can be suffered during the stay arranged by 4exchange (Internship-South-Africa).
  
  
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.
  
  
• Compensation will not apply if a significant change is made for reasons beyond our control. These include: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks, changes due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type; closed or congested airports or ports, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar event.
